Integrity & Lawfulness: We comply with all applicable laws and regulations everywhere we operate. No product, sale, or result is worth our integrity.
Respect for People: We treat colleagues, customers, suppliers, and communities with dignity, free from harassment, discrimination, or retaliation.
Safety & Responsibility: We prioritize product safety, lawful use, and environmental stewardship across design, sourcing, manufacturing, marketing, and logistics.
Transparency: We communicate honestly about product performance and environmental impact; we substantiate any sustainability or carbon-related claim.
Anti-Harassment & Inclusion: Zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or discrimination on any protected characteristic.
Health & Safety: Follow all safety procedures; stop work if conditions are unsafe; report incidents immediately.
Substance Use: No impairment at work or when representing EcoBullet.
Avoid situations where personal interests conflict with EcoBullet’s interests. Disclose potential conflicts to your manager and ethics@ecobullet.us (e.g., outside jobs, family/vendor relationships, personal investments tied to our suppliers or competitors). We document mitigations or recusals as needed.
No Bribes or Kickbacks: Never offer, give, request, or accept bribes, facilitation payments, or improper advantages—directly or via third parties.
Gifts & Hospitality: Modest, infrequent, and lawful only; never during bids/negotiations; cash or cash equivalents are prohibited.
Competition & Fair Marketing: Compete fairly; no collusion, price-fixing, or deceptive practices. Marketing must be truthful and responsible for a lawful ammunition product.
Export/Import Controls & Sanctions: We follow all applicable export, import, and sanctions laws. We do not ship, market, or support products to restricted parties, countries, or end-uses.
Customer Screening: We conduct due diligence and deny service where required by law or company policy.
Safety & Quality: Meet or exceed applicable standards; investigate defects; implement corrective actions.
Environmental Commitments: Design for lower toxicity and recyclability; manage waste responsibly; use renewable energy wherever possible.
Carbon Claims: Quantify footprints using reasonable methods; offset residual emissions with verified certificates; publish serials or equivalent proof in our annual Impact Note.
Protect personal and confidential information. Follow EcoBullet’s Privacy Policy: collect minimally, use only for stated purposes, secure properly, honor retention limits, and never sell personal data.
Use company assets (funds, equipment, IP, data) for legitimate business purposes only. Safeguard confidential info and third-party IP; respect licenses and NDAs.
Report concerns (ethics, safety, legal, data, environment) to your manager, HR, or ethics@ecobullet.us. Anonymous reporting is permitted via a personal email or a trusted third party if available.
No Retaliation: Retaliation against good-faith reporters or witnesses is strictly prohibited and will result in discipline.
Reports are reviewed promptly and impartially. We keep information as confidential as possible, take corrective action where needed, and enforce appropriate discipline (up to and including termination and contract removal). Material issues are escalated to the CEO and, when appropriate, the Board of Managers.
All covered persons receive annual ethics training (including anti-corruption, trade compliance, safety, and privacy) and must acknowledge this Code. Leaders are responsible for modeling and reinforcing ethical behavior.
EcoBullet may update this Code to reflect changes in law or best practice. Current versions are posted on our website; material changes are communicated to all personnel.
